The Dogs of Riga is the title of a detective novel written by Swedish novelist Henning Mankell, and judging by the title, it was clearly written before Riga's

Anyway #2. Food, okay. The reason I'm having these sexually inhibiting thoughts is because I've been to a restaurant in Berga Bazārs called Andalūzijas Suns, which means ”the dogs of Andalucía”. I'm not quite sure in what way it has any connection to either Spain or dogs. A look at the menu provides no clue; here you'll find dishes from all over the planet. The waitresses all wear shirts with dog print, but that still doesn't really provide any answers. However, for me this doesn't matter much. I'm just here to eat.

An unfortunate letdown among otherwise good food.
Altogether, I recommend trying Andalūzijas Suns. However, do come here in the summer. In the colder seasons, you have to move inside and then the restaurant loses much of its appeal. The indoors part is a huge dining hall and the really bad acoustics amplifies all the noises of chairs scraping against
